Retail Key Holder – Store Operations & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering a seamless retail experience. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service while ensuring the store runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Perform start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
• Handle retail point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Ambitious self‑starter with previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with cash handling and store opening/closing is desirable.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
