About the role

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join a leading investment organisation as a Retail Client Service Consultant in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to clients and financial advisers across multiple channels, helping them understand and choose investment products. This permanent position offers a clear pathway into the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate information on investment products and services to clients and advisers.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Assist clients in understanding their investment options and support informed decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
• Take ownership of client requests and ensure timely, accurate resolution.

Required profile

• Completed or final year of a BCom or Business Science degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related field.
• Less than 2 years of work experience, strong academic record (preferably 65% cumulative average).
• Excellent communication, analytical and numerical abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset, performance‑driven and eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in investments and financial services.
