About the role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our clothing store in Pretoria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Process cash and card payments, handle refunds, and operate the POS system.
- Unpack deliveries, perform stock counts, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Meet daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Own reliable transport.
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
