Responsible AI Technology Architect

About the role

We are expanding our Responsible AI team and seek a seasoned technology architect with deep expertise in responsible AI. In this role you will design and deliver cutting‑edge AI systems that meet rigorous fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, soundness and privacy standards while solving complex business challenges for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ethical AI solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into existing data and cloud platforms.
• Define and enforce best‑practice guidelines for AI model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and auditing.
• Develop and roll out internal Responsible AI tools, assets, and training programs.
• Conduct regular bias audits and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee fairness and transparency.
• Support sales conversations, proposal preparation, and evaluation of third‑party Responsible AI tools.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought‑leadership on emerging Responsible AI technologies.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in technology architecture, software development, or data engineering, with at least one year focused on responsible AI.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Architectural experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Knowledge of AI fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, and privacy principles.
