Reservations Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Reservations Consultant to support members with their booking needs in Port Shepstone. The role combines sales‑oriented call‑centre work with hospitality‑focused customer service, handling enquiries via phone, email, social media and face‑to‑face interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries and process reservations across multiple product lines while meeting SLA metrics.
• Provide travel suggestions and booking services through inbound and outbound call programmes.
• Monitor query turnaround time, customer service survey results and production targets.
• Achieve individual, team and departmental sales and performance goals.
• Perform additional duties such as handling general client enquiries as assigned.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with at least 2 years of relevant call‑centre experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably within hospitality or travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
