Remote U.S. Immigration Paralegal (Full-time Contractor)

About the role

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking an experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal to join its growing remote legal team. This full‑time, virtual position supports attorneys in preparing and managing immigration filings for individuals, families, and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, request documentation, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate digital case files and manage case‑management/CRM platforms.
• Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation and strategy.
• Utilize legal technology and AI‑assisted tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience handling U.S. immigration cases.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume caseloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client service orientation.
