Remote Telesales Representative – Inbound Sales (Freelance)

About the role

REM Waste is expanding its remote sales team and seeks an experienced inbound telesales professional to close warm, pre‑qualified leads. Working from a quiet home office, you will handle calls, build rapport quickly, and convert prospects into customers without any cold‑calling or prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospects ready to purchase.
• Establish rapport, address objections, and guide prospects to a decision during the call.
• Consistently achieve 10+ sales closures per day and meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline data in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, contact‑centre sales, or phone‑based closing.
• Proven track record of closing on the first call and meeting volume targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without floor supervision.
• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high conversion rates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for logging calls and managing pipeline.
