Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2)

About the role

FusionTek is seeking a Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2) to join its growing MSP team. You will provide high‑quality technical assistance to small‑ and mid‑size business clients, handling escalated tickets and complex issues across Windows, macOS, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets, including break/fix, application setup, and user‑level configurations.
• Administer Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and support desktop environments (Windows 10/11, macOS).
• Deploy and maintain Hyper‑V hosts, SonicWall firewalls, and Datto networking switches and access points.
• Support Office 365 and other cloud services for client environments.
• Document, monitor, and escalate issues using the ticketing system while keeping internal knowledge bases up to date.
• Collaborate with the technical team to enhance core infrastructure, networking, and security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT support experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with Office 365, Hyper‑V, SonicWall firewalls, and Datto networking equipment.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• MD‑102 (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
• Ability to work independently, align with FusionTek’s core values, and provide excellent remote support.
