Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2) – IT Support

About the role

FusionTek is seeking a Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2) to join its growing MSP team. In this fully remote position you will provide advanced technical assistance, handling escalated tickets and ensuring timely resolution for small‑ to mid‑sized business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets, including break/fix, application setup, and user‑level configurations.
• Perform server administration, networking, and security tasks across Windows Server environments.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Hyper‑V hosts, SonicWall firewalls, and Datto networking switches and access points.
• Support cloud services such as Office 365 and maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver high‑quality remote support and continuous infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT support experience in an MSP environment.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• MD‑102 (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
