Remote Sales Specialist for Online Programming Courses

About the role

Join an international online school that teaches kids and teens digital skills. As a Remote Sales Specialist you will lead live demo lessons, showcase Kodland’s learning format and guide families to the right course, turning warm leads into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons for children (5‑17) and their parents via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Present the curriculum, answer questions and help families select the most suitable course.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed enrollments while handling objections and building trust.
• Maintain a reliable technical setup (PC with 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset, stable internet).
• Work afternoons/evenings UK time (from 14:00) and one chosen weekend day, averaging ~25 hours per week.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for clear conversations with parents and students.
• Self‑discipline to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
