About the role

We are looking for a confident, English‑fluent Sales Specialist to join our UK‑based team on a full‑time remote basis. You will be the first point of contact for warm leads and existing clients, delivering a professional and positive experience on every call.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to warm leads and existing customers using provided scripts.
• Answer client questions clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Log call outcomes and keep our CRM system up‑to‑date with accurate information.
• Maintain a positive, lasting impression with every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a clear, confident speaking voice.
• Experience in outbound calling or high‑volume customer service.
• Ability to handle 150+ calls daily while staying calm and friendly.
• Highly organised, reliable, and proud to be the first point of contact.
• Quiet, dedicated home office with a strong internet connection.
