Remote Sales Setter – High‑Volume Cold Calling

About the role

We are looking for resilient, target‑driven Sales Setters to join a fast‑growing commercial team. This fully remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound cold calling, re‑engaging dormant leads and converting prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to dormant leads each day.
• Re‑engage prospective customers, generate new sales opportunities and convert qualified prospects into ticket sales.
• Follow structured sales scripts and call frameworks, executing multiple touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets, aiming for at least one sale per day.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders, participate in coaching sessions and share best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or sales development.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with a reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
