Remote Sales Representative (South Africa)

About the role

We are a Florida‑based company that rents portable storage containers and refrigerated trailers along the Gulf Coast. We are looking for an energetic remote sales representative based in South Africa to generate revenue by contacting and supporting both commercial and residential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to new leads within minutes.
• Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to businesses throughout Florida.
• Follow up on quotes, send emails and text messages, and move prospects toward a decision.
• Build relationships with contractors, restaurants, caterers, florists, restoration firms, property managers, moving companies, event venues, and other commercial clients.
• Schedule rentals and deliveries, and keep the CRM updated with accurate notes.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or light South African accent.
• Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Friendly, confident, professional, self‑motivated and dependable.
• Fast learner who thrives in a small‑business environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (any platform).
