Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Recruitment Revenue is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its outbound sales team on a fully remote basis. You will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities for recruitment agencies across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls, social selling, and personalised email outreach to UK SMEs.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and pass strong opportunities to account managers.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets while contributing to a high‑performance team culture.
• Produce clear reports on booked meetings and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in an SDR, BDR, or appointment‑setting role.
• Proven track record of cold‑calling and lead generation, preferably with UK SMEs.
• Fluent spoken and written English with confidence speaking to senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, resilient to rejection, and able to work independently.
• Reliable laptop, headset and high‑speed internet for remote work.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking prospect activity.
