Remote Sales Agent – Telemarketing

About the role
Mariposa is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join its remote call‑centre team. You will work from home, making outbound calls to promote products and services, while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Promote company products and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Reliable personal computer (Windows 10 or 11) with at least a 4‑core processor and 8 GB RAM.
- USB headset with microphone.
- High‑speed fiber internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and upload).
- Backup power supply (inverter or generator).
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems.
