Remote Sales Agent – Customer Recovery Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Agent to re‑engage customers who have previously shown interest in our collagen and wellness products. The role involves making outbound calls to cart abandoners, past buyers and lapsed subscribers, helping them complete purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 20 calls per hour to warm, engaged customer lists.
• Follow proven sales scripts, handle objections and aim for a 20% conversion rate on connected calls.
• Send follow‑up emails immediately after calls using provided templates.
• Log all interactions accurately in the Consio CRM.

Required profile

• Junior talent with a hungry, energetic attitude and desire for fast career progression.
• Fluent English speaker with a clear, neutral or British accent.
• Reliable internet connection, professional headset and a quiet workspace.
• Available 40 hours per week, flexible to cover UK business hours and at 7 pm UK time for call requests.

Required skills

• Phone sales experience (health/wellness/supplements a plus).
• Comfortable using CRMs (Consio) and remote work tools.
