About the role

Pro-Careers Recruitment Services is seeking a self‑motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely on a commission‑only basis. The role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives on winning new business, building client relationships, and managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential new clients through cold calling and prospecting.
• Generate leads, secure new vacancies, and grow a personal client portfolio.
• Network with business owners, HR managers, and hiring managers to promote recruitment services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Consistently follow up on opportunities and convert them into revenue.

• Proven track record in new business development and sales.
