Remote Part‑Time Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a remote, part‑time Business Development Associate to join diginu’s marketing team. In this independent‑contractor role you will introduce South African consumers and merchants to diginu’s CashBack platform, explain its rewards, and help users register.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the diginu CashBack platform to prospective customers and merchants.
• Explain the features and benefits of the rewards programme.
• Assist customers with the registration process and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage ongoing engagement.
• Participate in product and marketing training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous marketing or sales experience is beneficial.
• Interest in technology, digital platforms or e‑commerce.
• Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
