Remote Packaging Designer – Consumer Goods

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Packaging Designer to lead the creation of packaging and visual design solutions for a consumer‑focused brand spanning electronics, wellness, and lifestyle categories. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in LATAM, the Philippines, or South America while collaborating with marketing and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own packaging design from concept through production, ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Partner with marketing and manufacturing to keep visual systems consistent across packaging, retail, and campaign assets.
• Present creative direction and design rationale to internal stakeholders.
• Brief and manage external creative or production vendors.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction.
• Demonstrated portfolio of shipped packaging work in consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ CEFR) for client‑facing presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of packaging structural design, dielines, substrates, and ink types.
• Experience developing brand identity systems across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D) and Figma for cross‑functional collaboration.
