Remote Outbound Cold Caller (Sales Development)

About the role

Wing Assistant is seeking a motivated Remote Outbound Cold Caller to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through multi‑channel prospecting. The role focuses on high‑volume cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email and SMS campaigns to engage new prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑100+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify leads and decision‑makers.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn, email, SMS).
• Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 50‑100+ calls per day and handling rejection.
• Strong communication, persuasion and research abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and competitive.
