Remote Inside Sales Agent – Healthcare Campaign

About the role

We are looking for motivated Remote Inside Sales Agents to join our healthcare campaign. You will work with warm inbound leads who have already expressed interest in healthcare and Medicare options, building rapport and qualifying prospects before handing them to our licensed US agents.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospects interested in healthcare and Medicare.
• Build rapport, qualify leads, and identify next steps.
• Transfer qualified prospects to licensed US agents.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, quiet workspace with reliable internet.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and engaging phone presence.
• Goal‑driven, coachable and reliable work ethic.
• Comfortable handling objections and meeting sales targets.
• Quick problem‑solver with adaptability.
• Stable fibre or uncapped internet connection and a quiet workspace.
