Remote Inbound Telesales Representative (Work from Home)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Inbound Telesales Representative to join REMWaste’s growing team. You will handle inbound calls from pre‑qualified leads, promote our waste‑management services and contribute to our sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Answer live inbound calls from warm, pre‑qualified prospects.
• Build trust quickly and guide customers to on‑the‑spot purchasing decisions.
• Apply objection‑handling techniques to convert hesitation into sales.
• Consistently close 10+ sales per day and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline discipline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in high‑velocity telesales, recruitment, insurance, financial products or similar.
• Self‑managed and able to work independently without on‑site supervision.
• Performance‑driven, comfortable owning targets and working under pressure.
• Persuasive communicator with strong rapport‑building and objection‑handling abilities.
• Resilient – able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Not a pure customer‑service or account‑management role.
• Own a computer (≥8 GB RAM, ≤2 years old), call‑centre headset, dedicated fibre‑optic broadband, webcam and a quiet home workspace.
