Remote Cold Caller / Lead Generator

About the role

Remote Choice is seeking a motivated Remote Cold Caller / Lead Generator to work from home. In this pure outbound prospecting role you will build your own target lists, contact decision‑makers and secure qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential client companies using LinkedIn, company websites, directories and other online sources.
• Make 80–150+ outbound cold calls daily to CEOs, founders, HR directors, talent acquisition managers and operations directors.
• Present Remote Choice’s services, handle objections and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints and achieve appointment‑setting targets.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to source your own leads.
• Excellent telephone manner, resilient to rejection and highly organised.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑working setup.
