Remote Client Sales Representative – Appointment Setter for Aesthetic Clinics

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UK‑based agency supporting premium aesthetic clinics. As a Remote Client Sales Representative you will turn inbound treatment enquiries into qualified, prepaid appointments, working to high‑volume performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and aged leads promptly, using double‑dial techniques to maximise contact.
• Book consultations with deposits directly into clinic calendars following proven scripts.
• Execute daily follow‑ups with prospects who did not book initially.
• Participate in daily sales training calls, live call audits and provide end‑of‑day reporting.
• Represent clinics professionally across voice, SMS and email communications.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, fast‑paced and results‑driven attitude.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Coachable mindset and strict adherence to established call frameworks.
• Fit with a performance‑first, high‑output remote environment.

Required skills

• Fluent English with clear articulation.
• Excellent telephone communication and sales/appointment‑setting experience.
• Quiet workspace, reliable headset and stable internet connection.

What we offer
