Remote Client Sales Representative – Appointment Setter for Aesthetic Clinics

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UK‑based agency that supports premium aesthetic clinics. As a Remote Client Sales Representative you will turn inbound treatment enquiries into qualified, prepaid appointments at high volume.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and aged leads immediately, using double‑dial to maximise pickup.
• Book consultations with deposits directly into clinic calendars.
• Follow the BAMFAM principle – Book A Meeting From A Meeting.
• Execute daily follow‑ups with leads who did not book the first time.
• Attend daily sales training calls, call audits and provide end‑of‑day reports.
• Represent clinics professionally across voice, SMS and email.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, fast‑paced and results‑driven.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Coachable, able to follow proven systems without deviation.
• Fit, clarity and follow‑through oriented.

Required skills

• Fluent English with clear neutral accent.
• Strong communication and telephone presence.
• Previous sales or appointment‑setting experience (mandatory).
• Quiet workspace, reliable headset and internet connection.
