Remote Chat Operator (South Africa)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a global digital platform by monitoring and improving AI‑assisted chat interactions. You will ensure conversations are clear, appropriate, and aligned with user expectations while helping to refine automated response systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live chat streams for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of AI companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies.
• Report technical or content‑related issues for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) required for user interactions.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach.
• Understanding of user behavior and basic customer psychology with strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written Russian language skills and good command of English.
