Remote Candidate Qualification Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Qualification Specialist to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume U.S. operations team. The role is fully remote and focuses on conducting structured phone or video conversations, qualifying prospects, and feeding accurate data into our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume live conversations via phone and/or video, typically every 20 minutes.
• Follow a structured qualification framework to assess candidate suitability.
• Ask targeted, outcome‑driven questions while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Log outcomes, notes, and insights accurately in ATS/CRM platforms.
• Identify high‑potential individuals and flag them for further progression.
• Maintain consistent output and professionalism in a KPI‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, SDR/BDR, call‑centre, hospitality, teaching or similar high‑volume communication roles.
• Proven ability to work in target‑driven, performance‑based settings.
• Strong, fluent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on phone and video for extended periods.
• Based in South Africa and available to work U.S. business hours (Mon–Fri).

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract with US business‑hour schedule.

• Base salary R15,000 – R18,000 per month.
