Remote Business Development Executive – Property

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Executive to support our UK property teams. Working from home during UK business hours, you will generate new leads, qualify prospects and book appointments for our sales specialists. The role combines outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day (full‑time) or 40–60 (part‑time) to prospect homeowners, landlords and investors.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and dormant leads, converting them into booked appointments.
• Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular activity reports.
• Work towards defined KPIs, including qualified appointments and pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, telesales, appointment setting or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong objection‑handling and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable home office setup with computer, headset and internet.

• Experience using a CRM platform.
