Remote Billing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Billing Assistant to join our remote team. You will support daily bookkeeping and billing operations, ensuring financial data is accurate and client accounts are up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain financial data with high accuracy.
• Use QuickBooks and other billing software to process invoices and payments.
• Handle accounts receivable, support accounts payable, and monitor client account activity.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing inquiries.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure consistency across financial records.
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline billing processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to double‑check work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
