Remote B2B Appointment Setter for UK Trades

About the role

We are WebDone, a UK web design and local SEO agency serving trades businesses. We are expanding our outbound sales and need a remote Appointment Setter to book qualified discovery calls with UK trade owners.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80‑100 outbound calls daily to UK trades business owners.
• Initiate conversations, handle objections, qualify prospects and schedule discovery appointments.
• Ensure appointments are with decision‑makers who have a genuine need for web, SEO or lead‑generation services.
• Record accurate call notes in our CRM and follow the prescribed process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably UK B2B.
• Clear, natural speaking voice and ability to stay composed under rejection.
• Thick skin, steady energy throughout high‑volume call sessions.
• Reliable fibre internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Attention to detail and professional handling of opt‑outs and follow‑ups.

Required skills

• CRM usage (experience with any CRM system).

What we offer

• 20‑25 hours per week, UK business hours (fits South African schedule).
• Pay R170‑R195 per hour plus R260‑R325 for each qualified appointment that is attended.
• Uncapped earnings with additional bonuses for appointments that become paying clients.
