Remote Appointment Setter (US EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator to join our international team as a Remote Appointment Setter. Working from South Africa, you will support US‑based clients by generating qualified meetings and helping drive growth across our portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using pre‑qualified lead lists.
• Engage decision‑makers, build rapport quickly and qualify prospects.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and activity targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, resilient and positive attitude with strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Organised, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Reliable fibre internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Availability to work US EST hours.
