Remote Appointment Setter & Lead Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter and Lead Manager to own our entire lead pipeline. This remote position requires a confident phone presence, relentless follow‑up, and the ability to turn cold prospects into booked calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated follow‑ups with warm and cold leads.
• Make high‑volume cold and warm calls to generate appointments.
• Build and manage email and SMS follow‑up sequences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: tagging, segmenting, and pipeline management across all lead‑gen channels.
• Create automated workflows and handle integrations.
• Nurture long‑term leads that re‑engage after several months.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with strong phone confidence.
• Thick skin to handle frequent rejection and keep prospecting.
• High‑level experience with GoHighLevel.
• Solid cold‑calling and warm‑calling background.
• Excellent CRM management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build automated email and SMS workflows and integrate tools.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow‑up habits.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and stay long‑term.
