Remote Appointment Setter – Full‑Time Sales Development Rep

About the role

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing automotive finance team. Working remotely from South Africa, you will engage warm, pre‑qualified leads who have applied for credit online and guide them toward a conversation with our Finance Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to fresh finance applications and re‑engage aged leads (6‑24 months).
• Pre‑qualify applicants by reviewing credit details, confirming background information, and understanding budget parameters.
• Pitch the value of speaking with our finance team and schedule qualified appointments directly into Finance Managers’ calendars.
• Warm‑transfer interested prospects to onsite Finance Directors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and status updates in the automotive CRM.
• Follow proven sales scripts, handling objections with professionalism and drive.

Required profile

• 3+ years of metric‑driven outbound sales, appointment setting, or call‑center experience.
• Flawless verbal and written English with a confident phone presence.
• High energy, target‑oriented, and comfortable working on a commission‑based structure.
• Coachable and able to follow scripts while adding personal charisma.
