Remote Appointment Setter – Full‑time Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team. This full‑time independent contractor position works remotely, primarily during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads from paid and organic channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Initiate conversations, assess interest, and perform basic qualification.
• Maintain high daily call volume to maximize engagement.
• Schedule qualified prospects for meetings with sales closers, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling logistics.
• Track all interactions and updates within the CRM, keeping lead records organized.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth handoff and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales support.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outreach and follow‑up.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear, professional English communication with a neutral or near‑native accent.

• Familiarity with scheduling platforms.
