Remote Appointment Setter for UK Sales Team

About the role

Remote Recruitment is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support a UK‑based sales team from South Africa. Working fully remotely, you will be responsible for generating qualified meetings that keep the sales pipeline full.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects by phone and email to introduce the company.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM with notes and next steps.
• Follow up consistently to secure confirmed meetings.
• Achieve weekly booking targets with guidance from a team lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or lead generation.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialler tools.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from R15,000 to R20,000 per month, plus performance‑based incentives.
• Working hours 09:00‑17:00 UK time (11:00‑19:00 SAST), Monday‑Friday.
