Remote Appointment Setter for Physical Therapy Practice

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing physical therapy practice. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, turning inbound leads from digital ads into scheduled appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up on approximately 70 new leads per week generated from ads.
• Schedule appointments accurately using the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for treatment.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide timely updates to prospects.
• Track calls, bookings, and conversions in the CRM.
• Support the practice in meeting patient booking goals.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English; US accent familiarity is a plus.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and phone setup.
