Remote Appointment Setter – Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing business‑development team. This fully outbound, remote position focuses on prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and generating qualified appointments with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective client companies using LinkedIn, company websites and online directories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts and prospect lists.
• Make 80–150+ outbound cold calls daily to CEOs, founders, HR directors, talent‑acquisition managers and operations directors.
• Engage decision‑makers, handle objections, qualify opportunities and book qualified appointments.
• Follow up through multiple touchpoints and keep detailed activity logs in the CRM.
• Consistently meet activity, pipeline and appointment‑setting KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospect‑list building abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication, resilience and comfort handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organised, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home‑working environment.
