Remote Appointment Setter – Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

This remote position is for an Appointment Setter who will generate new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound cold calling. You will prospect, build relationships from scratch and secure qualified appointments with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective client companies and build a pipeline of target accounts.
• Make 80–150+ outbound cold calls daily to CEOs, founders, HR directors, talent acquisition managers and operations directors.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections and book appointments with decision‑makers.
• Follow up through multiple touchpoints and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve activity, pipeline and appointment‑setting targets consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospect‑list building skills.
• Resilient, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home‑working environment.
