Remote Appointment Setter – Cold Calling (Full‑Time)

About the role

This remote, full‑time position is focused on outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified appointments for a growing business development team. You will work independently to build target lists, engage senior decision‑makers and drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective client companies using LinkedIn, company websites and online directories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts.
• Make 80–150+ outbound cold calls daily to senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, Founders, HR Directors and Operations Directors.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections and secure qualified appointments.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints and keep detailed activity logs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and consistently meet activity, pipeline and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospect‑list building abilities.
• Excellent telephone communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Resilient, persistent and comfortable with rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven with a reliable home‑working environment.
