Remote Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a remote appointment setter to join our AI‑native B2B outbound agency. You will work with warm leads generated by our campaigns, qualify them, and book meetings for our client’s calendar. The role is fully remote, with a fixed weekly schedule aligned to US Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone and email to book appointments.
• Qualify prospects against the client’s criteria.
• Schedule consultations directly into the client’s calendar.
• Persistently follow up to keep the pipeline moving.
• Log all activity accurately in our systems.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or near‑native).
• Personable, upbeat, and comfortable speaking with US business audiences.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow documented processes exactly.
• Stable internet connection and reliable electricity (backup power a plus).
• Good quality headset; two screens preferred.
