Regulatory Reporting Manager

About the role

The Regulatory Reporting Manager supports the Head of Regulatory Reporting in ensuring the bank meets all regulatory reporting obligations. This senior position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely submissions to authorities such as the Prudential Authority and the Corporation for Deposit Insurance, while driving continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review and submission of regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with the Banks Act, prudential standards and other regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Credit, Risk, Data and Technology teams to guarantee data integrity for reporting.
• Lead the response to regulator queries, information requests and external auditor engagements.
• Drive automation, data governance and process optimisation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and sustainability.
• Support the Quantitative Risk function with ICAAP and Pillar II capital modelling, and coordinate Pillar III public disclosures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Risk, Finance or a quantitative discipline, with professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, PRMIA or FIA/FASSA.
• 5‑8 years of experience in regulatory reporting, risk management or compliance within banking, including proven ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience, with a track record of delivering regulatory change projects.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Basel frameworks, and ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly.
