Registered Nurse

About the role

This permanent part‑time position is based at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek, Western Australia. You will work 52.35 hours per fortnight across a rotating two‑week roster, providing high‑quality clinical care to aged‑care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of residents.
• Safely administer medication and manage falls prevention strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation to support care planning and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise daily delivery of care plans and provide coaching and mentoring to care staff.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Aged Care Standards and risk management policies.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Evidence of up‑to‑date flu vaccination per Amana Living policy.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months) and NDIS clearance.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and reference checks.
• Willingness to attend a two‑day paid induction at the Rivervale Training Institute.
