Registered Nurse – Full Time – $41‑$45/hr

About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities in a long‑term care facility. The RN will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while delivering high‑quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing day‑to‑day nursing operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain nursing policies, procedures and manuals.
- Ensure nursing staff adhere to established protocols and job descriptions.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and facility inspections.
- Review and update resident discharge plans as needed.
- Provide written and oral reports to nursing leadership.
Required profile
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience supervising nursing staff in a long‑term care setting.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local nursing regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
