Regional Systems Administrator – Food & Beverage

About the role

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Regional Systems Administrator to support its Food & Beverage (F&B) operations across South Africa. Based in Durban, you will ensure the integrity of point‑of‑sale (POS) data, safeguard assets, and help streamline business processes for the entire network of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the GAAP/Hollywood head‑office database (prices, recipes, menu items, specials).
• Provide first‑line support for all F&B stores on system errors, upgrades, testing and month‑end reporting.
• Organise and test GAAP equipment installations for new stores and manage related contracts.
• Coordinate annual price‑increase roll‑outs and monitor contract expiries.
• Train store staff on new POS procedures and reconcile GAAP payments, travel claims and ad‑hoc invoices.
• Resolve internal audit queries in collaboration with regional auditors.
• Develop and automate reports with GAAP representatives and produce daily war‑list updates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and back‑office operations.
• 1–2 years administrative experience (preferred).
• 4 years practical internal auditing experience.
• Familiarity with Pastel Evolution accounting software.
