Regional Manager KZN

About the role

The Regional Manager for KwaZulu‑Natal will lead the branch’s operational, sales and financial performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for driving growth, profitability and high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial and sales policies across the branch.
• Motivate and coordinate branch teams to meet client satisfaction targets.
• Optimise workflow, tool utilisation and resource allocation to achieve billing, activity and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee new installation and modernisation projects from planning to execution.
• Manage daily sales operations, monitor the sales pipeline and ensure conversion of bids.
• Enforce sales process compliance and systematic use of sales tools.
• Analyse performance deviations, apply corrective actions and enforce milestones.
• Apply corporate financial policies, control expenses and optimise purchase and stock management.
• Authorise first‑level pricing escalations and review discount decisions.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety standards and ensure quality compliance on‑site and in‑house.
• Manage labour relations in line with local legislation.
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs and build technical competence of field technicians.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in branch or regional management, preferably within a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
• Experience with project supervision, health‑and‑safety compliance and labour relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
