Regional Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

The Regional Manager – Key Accounts will lead the management of Transnet Property’s internal key customers across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines real‑estate, leasing, operations and finance expertise to retain and grow revenue from major internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between key internal customers and internal support functions such as Facilities Management and Finance.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships that maximise revenue for Transnet Property.
• Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Understand and anticipate client needs, delivering customised solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
• Negotiate annual Service Level Agreements and ensure compliance with billing and performance reporting.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in a large enterprise, with at least two years in a managerial or specialist capacity.
• Proven knowledge of real‑estate, leasing, operations and finance within a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
