Regional Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead multiple quick‑service restaurant locations within a defined region. The role involves hands‑on oversight of operations, financial performance and customer experience while travelling frequently between sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch managers through monthly performance reviews to ensure effective operations.
• Coach managers on profit & loss analysis and enforce brand standards.
• Develop and implement succession plans across the region.
• Collaborate with HR to optimise staffing levels and follow HR policies.
• Drive financial profitability through analysis, cost control and sales growth initiatives.
• Monitor labour productivity using scheduling and time‑keeping systems, addressing overtime and absenteeism.
• Ensure product, equipment and service quality remain consistent.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities and analyse dashboard reports to create action plans.
• Analyse customer satisfaction data and guide managers on improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant or retail units.
• Strong people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and performance development.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting profit, sales and labour targets.
