Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the property finance sales operations for the Pretoria region. This senior position is responsible for shaping and executing regional sales strategies, building key relationships, and driving growth and profitability within the property finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive sales strategies and budgets based on market trends, operational risks and socio‑economic factors.
• Drive implementation of sales plans, managing resources across channels and sub‑segments.
• Monitor daily sales performance against targets, providing guidance to achieve KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑value customers, banks and real‑estate agents.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.
• Optimize sales capacity by matching consultants with appropriate channels and markets.
• Support licensee offices, resolve operational challenges and ensure quality applications to banking partners.
• Use MIS to identify dormant licensees or new opportunities and take corrective action.
• Develop customer retention strategies and ensure contracts remain up‑to‑date.
• Oversee risk management and compliance with property sales and home‑loan regulations.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; tertiary qualification in Business Management is advantageous.
• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of managing high‑performing sales teams and developing effective sales strategies.
• Experience or exposure to home‑loan processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional networking abilities and high emotional intelligence.
