Regional Graphic Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Graphic Production Specialist to create high‑quality visual assets that support Hilti’s marketing initiatives across print, digital and video channels. The role will ensure brand consistency while collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate strategic goals into compelling designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, icons, web banners, email templates, event branding, retail signage, vehicle wraps and packaging.
• Maintain Hilti’s brand standards and act as a brand enforcer across all visual communications.
• Manage design projects from concept through production, incorporating feedback from cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare print‑ready files, liaise with vendors and ensure compliance with printing specifications.
• Support the creation of infographics, illustrations, apparel designs and promotional giveaways.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience supporting a marketing department or working in a consulting/professional services environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fresh, high‑quality work across traditional and digital media.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to brand guidelines.
