About the role

Network Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Pretoria office. This sales‑driven position focuses on full‑cycle recruitment while building and managing your own client portfolio within a specialised sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Source, screen, interview and assess high‑calibre candidates.
• Manage recruitment assignments from brief to placement, including offer negotiation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
